Darkside x Fix Binding Co “Mudlow” Binding

This collection was built to market the new Darkside x Fix Binding Co collaboration to commemorate the 6 month anniversary of the Ludlow flood that wiped out Darkside’s Okemo location. Vermont was blessed with a fair amount of natural snow so team rider John Garoutte and I went out into the streets to test the toughness of this new binding. The tree is a rather famous one in the Vermont snowboarding scene, having been featured in a plethora of snowboarding videos.

It’s always fun to get out into the streets with someone as talented as John. This shoot was a breeze and he was a trooper for doing the trick multiple times so I could get both photo and video assets to promote the product.
